Cohen Copek ’21 is an Industrial and Systems Engineering major from Clearwater, Florida. He is the son of Chris and Jill Copek.

During his four years as a member of Company D-1, Cohen has served as the Team Leader, First Sergeant and presently, as the Company Commander. Additionally, he served as Guidon Bearer of Rudder’s Rangers and Squad Leader for the Ross Volunteer Company. Cohen also participated in a Corps excursion to England and France. A member of Army ROTC, Cohen earned Air Assault wings and an Air to Ground Operations Certification in a summer leadership course in the Philippines.

Off the Quad, Cohen has been involved in various organizations including Sophomores Advancing in Leadership (SAIL), Passages, Turning Point USA, and the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. One of his most memorable experiences was leading college groups on an immersion trip to Israel.

Upon graduation in May 2022, Cohen will commission into the U.S. Army as a Second Lieutenant. We are extremely proud of Cohen and are confident that he will succeed in all of his future endeavors. We wish Cohen the very best of luck as he prepares to embark on an Army career!
