Joseph Swiney ’19

Joseph Swiney ’19 is a Supply Chain Management major from Richardson, Texas, and is the son of Dave and Kate Swiney. He is a member of C-Battery in the Aggie Band and serves as a Platoon Leader and a member of the Bugle Rank. In addition, Joseph serves as the Ross Volunteer Squat Platoon Commander.

Joseph was previously selected as the Most Outstanding Freshman in C-Battery, C-Battery’s Guidon Bearer, C-Battery’s Training Sergeant, and the Tenor Saxophone Section Sergeant. In the summer of 2018 he participated in the Mays Business School’s Nordic Study Abroad in Helsinki, Finland. Joseph has also traveled to Tallinn, Estonia; Prague, Czech Republic, London, and Paris.

Joseph will graduate in December of 2019 and pursue a career in supply chain management. He has been an essential member within the Corps of Cadets and Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band, and we have every confidence that he will continue to make his mark in the future!  Best wishes to Joseph in all of his future endeavors!
