Back

Elizabeth Roudbari is an International Studies and German major from Manvel, TX. Daughter of Shahram and Amy (’87) Roudbari, Elizabeth also has two sisters: the older is an Aviation Officer in the United States Army, and the younger will be a member of the Class of 2022.

Elizabeth is a member of Squadron 2, “Gator 2,” and currently serves at the Public Relations Officer. Her sophomore year, Elizabeth was a Scholastics and Public Relations Corporal, and she was a Squad Leader and a Public Relations Sergeant her junior year. The summer after her junior year, she participated in the Corps Global Excursion to Brazil, an experience that she recommends every cadet apply for. Elizabeth is also a student worker at the Plank Leadership Learning Center on the Quad.

Off the Quad, Elizabeth has been involved in numerous organizations. Her sophomore year, she was a member of the Women’s Water Polo team and a member of MSC Student Conference on National Affairs (SCONA). Her junior year, Elizabeth was able to serve as the Development Director for MSC SCONA, and she is also a member of the women’s organization, Maggies. The summer after her sophomore year, Elizabeth had the opportunity the study abroad in Berlin, Germany for 12 weeks, studying the German language and traveling throughout Europe.

Elizabeth is an Air Force ROTC contract cadet, and when she graduates in May, she will attend pilot training. After her time in the Air Force, Elizabeth hopes to return to Texas and work in state public policy.
