Arno W. Krebs, Jr. ’64

Arno W. Krebs, Jr., a former member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band, received his Bachelor of Business Administration in education from Texas A&M in 1964, and an LL.B. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1967. He is a retired partner from Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. He has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America and Who’s Who in American Law. He was president of the Texas Aggie Bar Association from 1978-79. Krebs served on the Executive Committee of the 12th Man Foundation and was president in 1988. He served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Former Students from 2004-2008 and was a founding Trustee of the A&M PAC. In 2004, Krebs was recognized as an Outstanding Alumnus of the College of Education and Human Development and was also inducted into the Letterman’s Association Hall of Honor. In 2006, he was recognized as the Aggie Lawyer of the Year. In 2017, the Association of Former Students and Texas A&M University named Krebs a Distinguished Alumnus. Krebs has been a longtime member of the Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets Association.
