Aaron Barclay ’18

Aaron Barclay ’18 is an Industrial Distribution major from Ashburn, Virginia, and is the son of Bob and Beth Barclay.

Aaron served as Commander of the Fish Drill Team his fish year. He has also served as a Fire Team Leader, First Sergeant, and is currently serving as the Commanding Officer of Company G-1. Aaron participated in reactivating G-1 in 2016 as the First Sergeant.

Within the Corps, Aaron was involved with Fish Drill Team as a sophomore advisor and was a member of the Darling Recruiting Company. He has participated in Corps Excursions to Israel and Washington DC. In October of 2017, Aaron represented Texas A&M at the annual Senior Military Colleges Conference held at the Virginia Military Institute. Off the Quad, Aaron is involved with two Christian organizations: Valor and Impact. He is also a member of the Professional Association for Industrial Distribution (PAID).

Upon graduating in May of 2018, Aaron will commission into the Navy as an Ensign. He will report to Pensacola, FL, to begin flight school as a Student Naval Aviator Later in the year. Aaron has been a superb cadet and will continue to make us proud in the years to come. We wish Aaron nothing but the very best of success in all of his future! Truly one of our very best!
