Dates and Schedule

The Spend the Night Program is offered most weeks during the fall and spring semesters. Check-in for the SNWC Program is at the Sanders Corps of Cadets Center from 4:15 – 4:30 p.m. on your scheduled date of arrival. The program concludes the following day at approximately 12:00 p.m.

The Spend the Night with the Corps Program will resume in late September.  Program dates and registration information will be posted in August.

There are two optional parent meetings at SNWC. The first is an informal general information meeting after check-in, about 4:45, that is followed by an opportunity to see the cadet facilities on the Quad, a dorm room and the evening formation. The second parent meeting is on Day 2 at 10:45-12:00 and discusses admissions and financial aid.

Parents  can register their students for SNWC online by clicking on the “Register” link. You will then be redirected to our registration site run by CircuiTree. The $25 registration fee is non-refundable, but may be applied to another date if students need to change their program date. Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event at the Sanders Corps of Cadets Center at Texas A&M.

If traveling by bus or plane, please make your arrival/departure destination Bryan, Texas (bus) or College Station, Texas (air). We are unable to provide transportation to and from the Bryan Bus Station or the College Station airport (CLL), Easterwood Field, but taxis are available. A commercial shuttle service from Houston Intercontinental and Houston Hobby Airports to College Station is available (GroundShuttle.com), but you will need to coordinate to be dropped off and picked up at the TAMU Corps of Cadets Center on campus.
