Freshmen Onboarding/Orientation Check-In
August 10 @ 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Onboarding/Orientation check-in will be held at Duncan Dining Hall.
The following times are based on last name:
A-K 8:00 am – 10:30 am; L-Z 10:30 am – 1:00pm.
Parent Meeting with the Commandant and Corps Commander. Commandant and
Cadet Corps Commander Deandre Macri will talk to parents from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
in Rudder Auditorium. Parents need to attend the meeting.
Outfit Parent Meetings with Outfit Commander. Outfit Commanders will welcome
parents when they arrive at the dorm with their cadet and brief them on the outfit
their cadet is joining.
Parents will depart the Quad by 5:00 pm. The Corps will begin its
initial instruction and Cadet Onboarding activities at 5:00 pm. All parents and family
members are requested to depart the Corps area by this time.
