Freshmen Band Onboarding/Orientation Check-In

FIGHTIN’ TEXAS AGGIE BAND CHECK-IN is on 7 August 2024 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am
at the Music Activities Center.
Combined Band Parent Meeting. All Band Parents have a Combined Band Meeting
with the Commandant and Dr. Rhea in Music Activities Center on 7 August 2024 from
2:30 pm – 3:30 pm.
Band Parent Meetings with Outfit Commander. Band outfit parent meetings are on
7 August 2024 from 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm at the MAC
Parents will depart the Quad by 5:00 pm. The Corps will begin its
initial instruction and Cadet Onboarding activities at 5:00 pm. All parents and family
members are requested to depart the Corps area by this time.
