Dates and Schedule

JCAP is offered once during the fall and spring semesters. Check-in for the JCAP is at the Sanders Corps of Cadets Center from 1:30 – 2:15 p.m. on Friday (check schedule for final times). The program concludes Saturday at the Corps Center immediately after the football game in the fall, and at noon on Saturday in the spring. A final schedule will be published before the event.

Apply to  JCAP

JCAP costs a non-refundable $25 per student. A confirmation packet will then be mailed to you with the required forms. Your application is not complete until we receive your required forms and payment by fax or email. Due to a limited number of spots, prompt return of the forms is encouraged.

We are unable to provide transportation to and from the Bryan Bus Station or the College Station airport (CLL), Easterwood Field, but taxis are available. A commercial shuttle service from Houston Intercontinental and Houston Hobby Airports to College Station is available (GroundShuttle.com), but you will need to coordinate to be dropped off and picked up at the TAMU Corps of Cadets Center.

Parents are welcome to attend portions of the program. A parent’s information session is held on Friday afternoon and parents are invited to join their students at the recognition ceremony on Friday evening. Students will be housed on campus but parents will need to arrange their own accommodations. Hotels/motels in Bryan/College Station may fill up during football weekends. Parents should make reservations as soon as possible. More information on possible locations can be found here.
