Subject: Invitation to View The LSU Halftime Drill/ Senior Dedication Taping At Kyle Field

Date/Time:   November 5, 2020 at 7:00 am

Parents and guardians of Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band cadets are invited to watch the taping of the LSU halftime drill on Wednesday, November 5. The taping, which will take place in Kyle Field at 7am, will also serve as a senior dedication for the class of ‘21 cadets.

Due to social distancing requirements, which limit seating for this event, we ask that no more than 2 parents/guardians per cadet attend to ensure we can allow all parents/guardians to enter the stadium and view the drill.

Please arrive prior to 7:00 am and park at Koldus Parking Garage, using Houston Street or Throckmorton Street entrances. All must pay the parking rate as listed.

Cadet escorts will meet parents/guardians at the northeast side entrance of Kyle Field (blue doors, Entry 7), directly across the street from the Koldus Garage. All parents/guardians must enter the stadium at this location with a cadet escort.

Each family will be required to sit/stand on the east side of Kyle Field, on the 1st deck,  from the north 20 yard line to the south 20 yard line. this will provide everyone the opportunity to view the drill.

All parents/guardians must wear masks, and must maintain 6 foot social distancing between family groups.

All parents/guardians will follow the cues from Dr Tim Rhea and Col Jay Brewer during the taping of the drill. To ensure that video of the drill is not released prior to the game, we ask that parents not video tape the drill that morning.

We will complete taping no later than 8:00am.

To ensure we have an accurate headcount for this event, please contact Ms. Susan Haven at Shaven@tamu.edu to confirm your attendance.

We are excited to provide this opportunity to our Aggie Band parents, and hope that many of you can attend. We know it will be a memorable event for all, including our Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band cadets! We look forward to seeing you on November 5 at 7:00am! Beat the Hell Outta LSU!!
