The Corps of Cadets offers several ways for High School students to experience cadet-life, meet and interact with current cadets, staff, and faculty, and tour the Texas A&M Campus.

Scholarship Opportunities

The Corps of Cadets offers various scholarships that are need and merit based. All qualified incoming cadets will be considered for a Corps of Cadet scholarship. Corps scholarships vary between $1,200 – $4,400 per school year and carry no military obligation. To be eligible for a Corps scholarship students must complete the scholarship application during the application for admissions to Texas A&M (, be admitted to Texas A&M and join the Corps of Cadets.


Parents are welcome to attend portions of the Aggie Eagle Program and JCAP. Spend the Day with the Corps encourages families to participate throughout the entire program, while Spend the Night with the Corps offers an optional information session. Please refer to specific program pages for more information.


Each spring semester, Texas A&M hosts Aggieland Saturday and invites high school students to visit the campus and learn about A&M.  During this open house event, the Corps hosts a wide variety of sessions and demonstrations.
