The Corps of Cadets Club Sports Program offers cadet-athletes an opportunity to compete in intercollegiate club sports while developing leadership skills as members of the Corps of Cadets. Corps teams represented Texas A&M and the Corps of Cadets throughout the year and competed successfully across the state and nation during the 2017-18 school year in baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, lacrosse, marathon, marksmanship, men’s and women’s soccer, tennis, and triathlon.

Texas A&M Cadet participates in the SIG Relentless Warrior Championship

The Corps of Cadets Marksmanship Unit (CCMU) continued its reign as the nation’s premier collegiate shooting team, winning the Scholastic Action Shooting Program (SASP) 2018 National Collegiate Championship in Talladega, AL for the third consecutive year. In addition, the CCMU won the 2018 Sig Sauer Relentless Warrior Combat Weapons Championship in Epping NH, defeating The United States Military Academy (USMA), US Naval Academy (USNA), US Coast Guard Academy (USCGA), Virginia Military Institute (VMI) and many others. This was the CCMU’s fourth consecutive championship in this prestigious 3Gun match.

We are extremely proud of all of our cadets who join and compete on our club sports teams. It takes a significant amount of time and dedication to participate on one of these teams, and these cadets excel both in competition and in the classroom.
