Dustin Robertson ’14

Dustin Robertson ’14 is an Agricultural Leadership major with a minor in Business from Andrews, Texas. He is the son of Janie and Tommy Robertson and is married to Nora. Dustin serves as the Commander of Company V-1 for the 2013 – 2014 school year.

A veteran of the U.S. Navy (2003 – 2011), Dustin served as an Electronics Technician Petty Officer First Class. He served three Submarine Deployments, obtained 14 Submarine Electronic Surveillance Certifications and had 13 Submarine Electronic Surveillance Technical Assists globally in support of the Global War on Terrorism and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Outside the Corps, Dustin served as an Assistant Scoutmaster for Texas Boy Scout Troop 129 and Troop 114 in 2012-2013 and is a member of the Texas A&M Veterans Association and the United States Submarine Veterans Association.

After graduation in May 2014, Dustin will begin a career as a Field Service Supervisor and Technician in the oil and gas industry with aspirations to attend law school.

Dustin is one of our veteran cadets who has selflessly served his nation in the Navy. He is a mature, intelligent, and focused young man who easily stepped into his position as Commander of Company V-1. His experience within the U.S. Navy has given Dustin the necessary tools to help him succeed with his studies, his empirical judgment and leadership abilities. We are all very proud of Dustin for his service to his country, his dedication in leading his outfit, and his academic success. I know he will take his military experience and his leadership experiences in the Corps of Cadets and go on to great success in the future.
