4H/FFA is offered during the fall and spring semesters. Our next session will take place 16-17 April 2012.
All qualified students attending the 4H/FFA Program will be considered for a variety of Corps Scholarships, which carry no military obligation and may be used in conjunction with other scholarships. If a Corps Scholarship is awarded to a student who is not a resident of Texas, the recipient may qualify for in-state tuition.
Check-in for the 4H/FFA Program is at the Sanders Corps of Cadets Center from 4-5 p.m. The program concludes the following day after the recognition luncheon, approximately 2:30 p.m. The program costs $15 per student for the Thursday dinner and Friday breakfast meal. The Friday recognition luncheon at the end of the program is free for the student and up to two family members (note that students who are driving a vehicle will also need to bring enough money to pay for overnight parking at the University Center Garage (UCG)).
To register and learn about attendance requirements, click on the button above and submit the online registration form. Fill out and return the packet of information mailed to you prior to the program date to reserve your spot. Your registration cannot be reserved until the forms are received (note that you will pay the $15 during check-in). Due to a limited number of spots, prompt return of the forms is encouraged.
We encourage parents to attend our "Informal Parent Meeting" with our staff followed with a short walking tour of the Corps of Cadets area. The meeting and tour is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on the second day. Please be sure to verify time and location at check-in.
